Rail-Flow celebrated its 5th anniversary with a full day of reflection, breakout sessions, go-karting, and an evening celebration with team, partners, and customers who helped build the company.
On May 16, 2025, we came together to celebrate a major milestone: five years of Rail-Flow!
What started as a bold idea has grown into a thriving logistics tech company, thanks to the passion and dedication of our team, partners and supporters. To mark the occasion, we planned a full day of inspiration, collaboration and celebration. It was nothing short of unforgettable! Gather, reflect, inspire
The day began at our Rail-Flow HOLM office in Frankfurt, where everyone gathered over coffee before our official kickoff. We captured the moment with group photos on the Empore and then headed to the DB Conference Room for a keynote session filled with reflections and insights.
Fueling innovation
The morning continued with interactive breakout sessions across our core areas: tech, product, process and sales & marketing. Participants rotated between booths, exchanging ideas and sharing experiences that have shaped Rail-Flow’s success story.

The afternoon was all about energy, cooperation and fun. While the adrenaline flowed at the go-karting event, at the same time there were team working slots about focus and innovation. Meanwhile, self-organized lunches in the HOLM cafeteria provided new energy and informal connection.
At the end of the day, we gathered back at headquarters for a short awards ceremony where our race specialists were honored, just in time to kick off the evening festively.

The celebrations continued with a cocktail reception at the office before everyone checked into the Meininger Airport Hotel and made their way to the Ocean Beach Club. Guests were welcomed with goodie bags before gathering for an inspiring speech from Dominik and Osman, followed by the ceremonial cutting of the Rail-Flow birthday cake.
Then it was time to enjoy a flying buffet and great conversations in eachothers company. It was the perfect end to a perfect day!
