Resource Sharing Broker - a market initiative
Resource Sharing Broker project
The RSB project aims to create a platform for resource brokerage in freight transport, enabling market participants to easily and profitably manage short-term locomotive leasing through a web-based solution.
The efficient search functions and targeted brokerage of the RSB allow lessees to respond flexibly to demand peaks, leading to additional traffic and thus significant revenue increases. For locomotive lessors, the RSB also simplifies and accelerates the process, significantly reduces manual effort, and increases profitability through optimized locomotive utilization. In addition to locomotive brokerage, the platform includes contract creation, digital handover logging, and cost calculation – all in one centralized digital location.
