Simply Deliver Remains a Strong Brand – Now Part of the Rail-Flow Family

Simply Deliver, headquartered in Rotterdam, will continue to operate as an independent brand within the Rail-Flow Group. Its focus on visibility, automation, and customer portals for road-based logistics—especially in the Benelux region—remains unchanged. At the same time, both companies will benefit from shared expertise and resources, creating a unique digital ecosystem that spans rail, road, and intermodal transport.

A Unified Platform for Rail & Intermodal

One of the key highlights of this integration is the merging of Rail-Flow’s Rail TMS and Simply Deliver’s Intermodal TMS into a single, unified solution. This new platform will provide customers with a seamless experience for managing both pure rail and intermodal transport chains. It combines the best features of both systems, offering enhanced process coverage, real-time visibility, advanced automation, and modular functionalities tailored to individual needs.

A Strong Team with Unified Leadership

All existing locations and teams—including Frankfurt, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Izmir, Manila and Brisbane—will remain fully operational. The Rail-Flow Group will now be led by a unified leadership team: Dominik Fürste and Osman Akdemir as Co-CEOs, Marcel Hoeke as CFO, Dr. Alexander Below as CPO, Pablo Girardi as CTO, and Frank Erftemeijer as Partner. With 170 employees, we are combining the expertise and dedication of both teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional service across Europe.
